In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the ez338 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ez338. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

ez338 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the ez338 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

ez338 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

ez338 will process KYC submissions within five (5) business days. Withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC clearance where applicable. ez338 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

All deposits to an ez338 Account are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ez338 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following deposit methods are supported:

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. As a general guide, e-wallet deposits start from Rp 25.000 and bank transfer deposits from Rp 50.000.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be reversed to its source, the Account will be suspended, and any associated winnings will be voided.

ez338 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name and matching the details provided during KYC verification. ez338 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Member's Account must be fully KYC-verified (see Clause 5).
2. Real-money funds must not be subject to active wagering requirements.
3. The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
4. No withdrawal can be processed while an Account is under review, suspended, or subject to a pending compliance investigation.

ez338 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to three (3) business hours for verified accounts during standard operating hours. During high-volume periods, processing may extend to twenty-four (24) hours. ez338 does not charge a withdrawal fee on the Platform side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.

ez338 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or where a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated against the Platform by the Member.

ez338 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Idul Fitri, and the Piala AFF.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before withdrawal. The default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

The following general betting rules apply across all verticals:

• Bets are final once confirmed. ez338 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under product-specific rules (e.g., certain pre-match sportsbook cash-out scenarios).
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect odds display or game malfunction, ez338 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Member Accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ez338 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform outside of normal browser or mobile usage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favour without promptly reporting them to ez338 support
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or with live dealer studio staff
• Placing bets with knowledge of match-fixing, insider information, or any other information that provides an unfair advantage
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion restrictions, or any other responsible gaming control implemented on the Account
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a genuine deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider without first attempting resolution through ez338 support

ez338 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial crime investigations. Member data may be disclosed to relevant authorities without prior notice where required by law or court order.

All content on the ez338 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and data — is the property of ez338 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software
• Create derivative works based on Platform content

• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms, including but not limited to forfeiture of funds following an investigation into prohibited conduct

Nothing in these Terms limits ez338's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ez338.

3. Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, both parties agree to submit to the dispute-resolution mechanism specified by ez338's licensing authority.

Members agree to exhaust the internal dispute-resolution procedure before initiating any legal proceedings against ez338. This requirement does not limit any statutory rights a Member may have under applicable consumer protection law.
